"When we first started years ago with our son it was great, the director was great. The center as a whole on many levels has went downhill and quickly. Parents are upset about the lack of staff and closing of rooms, turning people away at the door. Staff is vocal to parents about the lack or professionalism and ownership with employees. The place needs a total revamp. I would 100% leave but every other place has a waitlist."

"I have had 3 kids go through this school - 2 are now school age so I’m down to my last one. It was amazing when we started going - teachers had long tenure, they had an amazing curriculum, I received regular updates throughout the day. If the technology failed they gave us paper updates. They replaced supplies and equipment that was worn from use. Everything was well labeled - it was kept clean and neat. We’ve paid over $100,000 for our children’s care over the last 7 years and it’s just disappointing to see the teachers and management struggle to get by on a daily basis."

"Turnover is extremely high. Infant rooms seem great and have consistent staffing with wonderful teachers but once you start in toddler rooms, get ready for the revolving door of staff. There hasn't been enough staff to consistently meet state required ratios for about a year and we are constantly asked to volunteer to keep our kids home. I enrolled my child in daycare for reliable childcare and that's not at all what I am receiving. I'm happy they had a few good classrooms as a toddler because preschool has been a disaster. Huge potty training regression, no teacher, closed classroom, no consistency, no curriculum. I'm frequently debating pulling my child out and attending another program that is reliable and where my child would actually learn something, but they would miss their friends. This daycare center has not lived up to its former reputation and definitely not my level of expectation. The teachers are for the most part friendly, but the environment seems too stressful for them to be successful."

"During our time here, we’ve been through almost 3 site directors (Almost one per year) and while the quality of care in the infant room is amazing, past that, It is severely degraded, getting worse only as our child has gotten older. And while I understand that there are difficulties with managing a site, teachers that were preferred and seasoned at the site, have all but left due to issues at the school. And while the centers goal is profitability, as it is still a business, the direction it has been going, has severely reduced its credibility. So overall, minus the infant room, I would not recommend this location."

"We really loved the place when we started, but the past few months have been disappointing. Leadership turnover has lead to the school losing some really wonderful teachers. Teachers are stretched thin and can’t give their best. We barely get lesson plan updates anymore. There’s fewer opportunities for parent involvement. I hope leadership can turn this around."
