I had one issue during COVID in which my child was placed in quarantine and they knew about it at 7:45 the night before and did not tell us until drop off at 7:15 when my work day starts in 45 minutes. Poor communication from the director and unacceptable after being in COVID for over a year."

"Prior to LCG’s acquisition of UGro, we were tremendously pleased with the level of care and education provided to our son. Since LCG assumed ownership, the operations of the school have taken a nose dive. We strongly suspect that employee benefits have decreased and it is apparent, due to the large turnover, that the compensation package offered to teachers is insufficient. This has resulted in a staffing crisis and led to unilateral classroom closures that were often announced at the last minute. Our center was unable to implement the electives program and my son received less of an education at UGro under LCG than what he would have received with the prior ownership. I am not confident that the LCG UGro will prepare him for kindergarten. We are leaving to attend a different preschool."
