"I have loved this school, but it has had a really hard time due to staffing shortages. I don't even know what gets taught or how, because they are just trying to take the best care of these kids they can with the people they have now. My kid is happy and likes their teachers, so I don't see changing them, but I also don't have any confidence in actual preparation for school (and thats ok, because kids mostly do it on their own)"

"It was really great at first. Once his teacher left the establishment, there has been many issues, no real educational lesson plans. Too many incidents"

"It's gone down hill drastically. There have been 3 directors since first enrolled (the first one was wonderful!). Staffing has been horrible and the quality of Stagg has gone down. Great employees have left."

"It was rough there with the short staffing. While I know the staff was doing all they could, it was so hard on my family to not have any consistency in child care. I think U-Gro should have (and still should) do more to support the center."

"We love our UGro center and will be leaving soon to head to kindergarten. I always recommend our center when I know others who are looking in the area. The only improvement it needs is that students need to be able to attend 5 days a week. Being 2 full time working parents, we need care 5 days a week, not 4. I hope the assigned stay at home days are eliminated soon."
