I am beyond happy with the customer service and the level of competence with the doctors that work with this company. They went above and beyond to help me when I was having issues with my apartment complex. Not only that but their legal team even helped me - which was such a relief, let me tell you. "Not sure if the website has a glitch that is preventing from transactions to process but I will say that this is outrageous! I filled all the application on their website and put my credit card information and clicked on "complete order" and the website has been "processing" that information for over two hours now! (no joke, the information all there and it's stuck loading) but this is not the worst thing at all!
After I check my bank account I see that I've been already charged for this "loading" order! (no other confirmation sent to me or any confirmation page... just loading)
But this is not the worst thing at all yet!!!
I was charged twice. this website charged my bank account twice and now I have to deal with the hassle of getting my finances in order to account for a debit that should have not happened!
Not only I don't have my registration but I've also been charged double...
The website has no number to call for customer support and the "chat/email" service they have for support has not responded to me for over 24 hours.

They helped me get my dog registered as an emotional support animal and after I spoke with your physician, I received a doctor letter quickly and was able to produce this to my landlord who allowed me to keep my dog. I am traveling to Phoenix in a few days and I will be able to fly with my dog - which helps my anxiety among other issues, especially when flying! I am so thankful for you and your team. You really are doing a good service for us all."
