"I ordered a RioVolt SP250 and received a confirmation email the same day. I sent 2 emails to get a tracking number but they were never answered. After 3 days, I went on their web site to chat with one of their sales man and finally got my tracking number. Also, the shipping is extremely expensive for those living in Canada. 25$US for UPS GROUND and to my *bad* surprise, I had to pay 85$CAN of broker fees and Canadian/Quebec taxes. My 155$US mp3 player ended up costing 385$CAN =(. Although their prices are quite low, I wouldn't recommend this vendor unless you can't match their prices somewhere else. In all, a very disappointing experience."
"wish i could provide invoice number but they didnt even send a confirmation email. i ordered a portable mp3 player from them. i then decided i didnt want to purchase it any longer. so i go to their contacts page to see this message: "Dear Valued Customer:
Please be aware that our company will be closed for the Holiday from March 27 returning on April 5. Please relate all your messages via e-mail or fax. All orders placed online will be processed accordingly.

well whatever, i then emailed them to tell them to cancel my order.
i wanted to double check that htey had infact canceled it so i call them on april 5th (when they got back from their vacations). customer support was rude and impatient with me. they said that if i had already emailed them that it was canceled. and i ask him to please verify it. he said "no" and hung up on me. I kept my cool and called back, asked to speak to the manager/supervisor and he said they werent around.
if they proceed to charge my credit card i will take legal action against them.
DO NOT do business with them."
