They should br called UnreakIbreak. Took s iPhone 8 plus to the Bloomfield store for a screen replacement for a cracked one that was working great and came away with a phone that had erratic touch issues, making it near unusable. Was told sorry, but we don’t really have a 90 day warrenty, you have to file a new claim with your insurance. What a joke these guys are! What a rip off! Find someone more honest to do your repairs!"
"Origionally I went to this shop to have my screen replaced on my iPhone6s plus. I dropped my phone off and returned an hour later to see that my screen had been replaced and appeared to be in perfect condition. One day later my screen began to randomly cut off and fade into black. I was then unable to here callers when the phone was not on speaker. I called the shop and was informed that the screen was defective. I was told to return to the store for them to replace the screen again. After having the screen replaced a second time a week later the phone began glitching again with the same issues except this time the push feature also caused the phone to fade into black. I immediately returned to the store and requested a refund. I was informed that for them to refund me they would need to place the original cracked screen back onto the phone. This would not have been a issue however after the phone being “repaired” twice and having more problems than when I originally brought it; I definitely questioned this company’s integrity. I requested to speak with the store owner and the employee were highly reluctant to provide me with any information regarding any of their superiors. I would not reuse or recommend this company "
"i brought my water damaged iphone 6s to see what all was damaged and how much it was cost. i was told that my screen needed to be replaced my battery and a proximity sensor, front camera and front mic flex. that was all was told my phone needed to be repaired. once my phone was repair i noticed i wasnt able to make out going calls or send messages. my service bars goes from 4 to 1 bars frequently. i went to my carrier att to get a new sims card. i got a new sims card and my service was still in and out. i was told my antenna might be damaged from a att worker. i went back to ubreakifix to let them know my phone was not fully repaired and i might need a new antenna. then i was told my phone had a lot of water damage to it. they put my phone under a food dehydrated hoping that would help. 30 mins later it did not help. i spent almost 200 for a phone that does not work. all i was offer was a free data transfer when i get a new phone and 10% of an accessory. if i was told the true extent of water damaged my phone had and everything that needed to be repaired when i first bought my phone in i would have bought a new phone instead.
After I made this review I was contacted by their customer support. Jennifer Juliana contacted me and asked me what happened I told her the exact same thing I said in my review. She then told me she would let the store manager know and that was all. I emailed her later, asking her if there was anything that could be done to resolve the issue. I did not get a straight answer. I was not offered anything to make the issue right I am still without a working phone. I will be contacting their corporate office. "

"King of Prussia PA location. Called ahead to explain issue and confirm parts were available. Said they would call back when the parts were in. Never called. Called back 2 weeks later and was told parts were in. Dropped phone off in morning and was told it would be ready in a few hours and they would call when it was done. No call. Next day was a holiday so called them the day after that. Was told they were waiting on parts (lie) and would call me when it was ready. No call. Called back at end of day and was told it was done. Asked if they could ship it today and they said yes. Sent shipping label to them and called to confirm receipt and was told it would ship tomorrow. Then was told "it was ready a few hours ago". I asked why they never called like they said the would. "I don't know" was the response. Haven't received my phone back yet so can't confirm if the repair was good. Repair was for a charging port. Cost about $80.00. Shipping was $20. If the repair is good, the service itself is a good value, but their complete lack of communications or any sort of customer service is not professional."
"I took my Xbox S for a diagnostic test and they held it for 4 days without calling me. I was told by Louis M pn 6/4/17 that it would be 24-48 hours. He also made me aware that he would be off and someone else would take care of it.They lied about calling me 3 days later because they didn't have the required cord to start my Xbox S. I called them 4 days later to see what the problem was. I was told that they didn't have the appropriate cord for my Xbox S. Why take it if you can't fix it is what I told him! I took my cord to the facility on the 7th day. I work and wasn't able to take it earlier. The little boy Mike needs more training in customer service. He's a bit goofy and finds things funny when he should be professional. I had my phone fixed with them the same day by Louis M and HE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. That is the reason for me returning with my Xbox S.I thought that it would be taken care of appropriately. This is the facility located in Orland Park, Il. Ignorant and rude individual. After sitting there they still didn't fix it. Would not recommend this facility if the service was free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Took my IPad mini in to the Appleton,WI. store.I thought I had major problems but I was wrong. The service rep gave the IPad the free check over ,pushed two buttons and corrected the problem. Cost was Free...... the best news you could ask for. P. J .P. From Menasha......."
