I am appalled. And expecting rectification.
Not only were you not able to fill 2/3rds (two thirds) of my order. You shorted me 20% (twenty percent) of the Sequoia Strawberries ordered you sent me. The plants you sent were pathetic. Five of them were suitable for planting. Much of the rest are so thin it is difficult to see a bulge in the crown. Most of these plants are so thin I can-not call them “pencil thin”. I must call them as thin as the lead in a pencil. Not only that but the bare root plants you sent had already broken dormancy.
I expect you to send me as soon as possible the four (4) dormant Sequoia strawberry plants you shorted me._____________________________________________

"I searched online for sweet potato slips and came across UF. They had a nice selection and I ordered the ones that I was interested in growing. Since this is a live product they gave me an estimated shipping date for my area and it came via usps today. the slips were exactly as expected and in the correct amount. Packaging was great and the roots were still wet in the wrapper placed in a plastic bag and sealed. I can't wait to plant them, (first time growing them)! "
"THe postal service delayed shipping by 5 days due to some internal issue and wrong routing. NOw the seeds are useless.
Please put an option during checkout like pay 3 or 4 dollars more to convert first class mail to priority mail or add UPS or fedex as option for faster service. This can be charged during check out. Don't know what to do with the seeds now."

I made a mistake and had to call customer service. Oh my gosh, I haven’t had customer service this nice in ages! She bent over backwards and probably did a few difficult yoga poses to make my misunderstanding right. Even going as far as making an extra trip to the post office for me! Who does that? UF did! But it gets better… she tucked in an extra 25 slips of the type of SP I had changed my mind about which caused the mix up in the first place. How sweet is that? They didn’t have to do that. I wasn’t an angry customer making them think I would leave a bad review. The slips got here looking lush and green! Not even wilted. I will always order from UF. And a special shout out to the Customer Service rep I emailed. She was very kind. "
"I ordered sweet potato slips on 5/10 as their website says they would ship to my zone in mid-May and that in-stock products ship in 1-2 days. A week later, no email that they shipped. I contact customer service and they tell me “ You just missed our last shipment when you placed your order so yours will go out in our next and final shipment on May 24th.” It’s now the 24th and my order still hasn’t shipped and they aren’t responding to my request for an update. I’m not sure how this company is still in business. "

"I ordered 20 lbs potatoes in February. I made a follow-up in April. They mentioned it will be shipped/delivered late of April-May. Then, 2nd week of May, I received an email that they could not deliver my purchase. I rely that I could plant this variety this year. This is NOT a good company."
