"Their new (i think it is new) local backup / iTunes syncing technology worked great for our family. Their iCloud syncing technology did not work well for our family because our kids have two factor authentication enabled. On the other hand, no other companies can support iCloud with two factor authentication enabled either. So, we switched to the iTunes method and we are happy. Support team was very helpful in advising us about what syncing method to use and they walked us through the process (twice actually). Overall, we are impressed."
"I bought a "lifetime" subscription which was rendered useless in a matter of months. To the extent Apple's security policies changes, the app developer cannot be blamed. They are still selling their product as working on iOS which it doesn´t. I have tried different phones including my own.

"As the other user stated, their garbage software kept locking out our kids accounts, so we had to keep redoing new apple id passwords over and over and over. Most of the time our kids iphones were not being monitored at all since they get all their data from icloud backups. Total crap, lousy customer support and no refunds past trial period."
"This company doesn't really care about its customers. They do not give refunds for their software not working. The current issue is that the software continuously locks icloud accounts. Which means you have to change your icloud password continuously. A respectable company would give refunds for the "small number of people having this issue". They keep giving excuses and blame Apple. If it is an Apple issue, why would it only effect a small number of people?"
