"More than 1000$ thrown out of the window. We bought a car shelter last october, installed it in novembre then it broke after few days because of some wind!!! It was supposed to be a good quality snow car shelter!! We called uline to see if they can replace it and they said it’s over a month since we both it (it was a month and like 3 days) so there is NOTHING they can do!! Imagine spending over a 1000$ for something that was supposed to last years but broke in 2 days!! I strongly advise you not to buy from these company."
"We normally purchase our thermal paper on Amazon. Thought we'd give a Line a try as they are Canadian.
Their prices were over what we normally pay but not by too much. The rub came with the shipping charges of 150 dollars to ship one box from ONT to BC.
Customer service is also a joke a they gave erroneous info on how to pay their invoice.

I had to leave work and lost over $150 from cancelled customers and now I may miss my sons regional track meet because of all of this. I am beyond MAD right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO EXCUSE FOR THIS! Not to mention my last few orders of bubble bags have been the incorrect size (shorted by a solid inch and less quantity in the boxes than stated on the outside of the box.)"

We found them on the web, now they are in my nightmares. Recently we tried to purchase some paper towels and toilet paper and were told that they will not supply them since we haven't bought those exact items before even though we have been a loyal customer. "I work for a large hospitality management company in southwestern Michigan. I ordered a set of gridwalls and baskets to display retail goods such as granola bars, candy, chips, etc.
It hasn't even been 60 days since I received them and put them together and the metal has split and broken, making them unusable.
I contacted customer service requesting a refund or a new set of gridwalls and was told, within 5 minutes of my email being sent, that the items only had a 30-day warranty and they would do nothing.
This is a clear sign of a bad product, a company that knows it's selling a bad product, and no way to build any kind of customer-vendor relationship.
Do not buy from this company if expect your equipment to have a reasonable life span"
"Horrible shipping service; delivery Monday 02/25 and the driver already called that they will deliver but complained it is too heavy, asked me, if someone can help him unload the products! I end up not getting my products. Then someone called the next day promised to deliver before 5:00 pm, they by noon they left a voicemail they can't do the delivery again. I didn't go to work Monday waiting for the delivery. Basically asked my friend to cancel appointment today to accept the shipment. What a waste of my time! End up cancelling my order and I hope they will credit my money as promised for 2 days. The rest of the department maybe great but shipping/delivery is still the most essential last part of the business.

"Very horrible customer service. If you purchase anything from them there is a very small tab when you checkout saying that you will get free items. We have ordered from the for years with thousands of dollars of orders and we never see that tab until recently. Shoot them an email asking if they will honor the free items since we have paid and we just never see the tab until recently. Their answer is flat no. I mean c'mon. After a customer spent so much money at your store and all we ask is 1 time free item and they just say no. You can pay for them (which is wayyy over price. For example : camping lamps for $45 which you can pay for $15 from Amazon prime)
