"Great company for all your arcade machine parts. Many parts appear to have been designed by the site owner, Andy, and throughout the years, I have purchased numerous items. Almost all items purchased have been simple plug and play components.
They're not the cheapest company about (by any means) but you do get what you pay for!"

"Items were shipped internationally, with some parts packed well and some quite bad. However, on requesting, replacement microswitches and a metal plate were replaced at no cost to me. There was no trouble or delays from the seller when I requested the replacement parts.
I think this says great things about the company ethos, and so I would quite happily deal with ultimarc again."
