"I ordered a desktop vape on the 28th. They claimed 3 day shipping. Well, on the 3rd I still hadn't received anything so I thought maybe just maybe something went wrong with my bank? No payment went through everything was good. So maybe call their customer support. 15 calls. Not a single person picks up the phone. Okay, I'll try tomorrow. From the 4th through the 9th I tried every single day for hours trying to get ahold of someone via text, call, "online support chat". No one will respond. So I message them on Facebook asking if I could have some information about my order. They read my message and don't respond. Within the day. I'm immediately sketched out. So I go do some research on them, all their reviews are staged, Facebook follwers are fake, but here's my biggest issue. The "brilliant founder and CEO" of this company how he will introduce himself will respond to claims of fradulancy reports on these "callout" websites within 3-4 days. Some even within the hour. He doesn't want to be seen as a scam but yet he responds quicker than his "customer service representatives" to their customers. Amazing isn't it? Do not buy from this website. It's currently the 12th and I've still yet to receive anything. People are even claiming their credit card and or banking information was stolen shortly after. I have yet to have this happen but I caught this relatively quicker than most. Someone needs to shut this website and horrible people down. "
