The Landmark 1021 is a true top quality theater seat that you would find in a movie theater. That said, the only thing I might have wanted from it is to have it fully recline. But, as a true theater recliner you don't get that. You're not supposed to go to the movies to fall asleep. LOL
Very happy with the chair otherwise. The Landmark 1021 has more features than most chairs you'll find on the market. And, what was great about UHE is that Roman had the for immediate delivery.

"Ordered a set of 4 seats in a curved configuration (Landmark-1021s). Ordered Oct 29th, and they were shipped out the following business day, and delivered within a week. The seats arrived in 4 boxes that were all in good shape, and the seats were packed well in plastic and padding.

Leather was in good shape, and everything functions as expected. Landmarks are super comfortable, with great padding, lumbar adjustments, and neck adjustments.
