No notification of any kind. I called and emailed to find out what was going on and never received a reply. Horrible customer service!"
"Bought an air cooling setup for my desktop better than a month ago. It never shipped and I was charged for it the day it was ordered. Since then they've responded to one email in which a refund was offered. Since then I've been unable to get a response from them either by phone which goes to an automated message box or email. I've had to do a claim through Paypal in hopes of getting a refund for an order that was never filled which they admitted to. This is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with hands down. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. Save yourself the heartache."

"this is my second dealing with UltimatePcCooling.com and both times have been a good experience. my first order, the part was actually out of stock even though the server showed otherwise, the very next morning i received a notification from PayPal my order had been refunded then a few moments later, a hand typed Email explaining what had happened, an apology, and a personalized discount code for my next order. My second order a few weeks later, i managed to find another out of stock product and order it. several hours later i received another hand typed Email explaining that the product was not in stock and that the entire brand was no longer going to be carried,so they offered me alternative products to be shipped in its place at no additional charge or the option of canceling my order for a full refund.
overall: i seem to be good at picking products not in stock,a little extra effort to keep the site's inventory up to date would be nice, but UltimatePcCooling.com's personal customer service is matched by none!4.9/5 stars"
