"I purchased a G19 BB gun and immediately had problems with the magazine (bb's not staying in the magazine and jamming in the spring). I contacted customer service and they sent me a return shipping label. I returned the product and requested it be fixed (replace the magazine). They sent it back, didn't touch it, and said "no receipt". I did not retain my receipt....for a small ticket item I don't typically keep receipts and assume the company will stand behind the product. I emailed the customer service department and got the same response....no receipt....sorry! I am purchasing a new magazine for $11, and they are charging $10 to ship it. Thank you very little!"
“If BBs were jammed in the spring, they were put there by the end user. The return form that was emailed to you did state the importance of including documentation of the purchase. We are sorry for the trouble of sending in the product. If the tech was told that BBs were in the spring, they should have advised you to purchase a new magazine at that point. ”
