"1. I ordered an HK 416 semi/full automatic rifle costing 250 dollars. Several things are wrong with this gun. First off this rifle was not supplied with a battery. The support guy said that this is the way it comes.

2. This rifle was also not supplied with a battery charger. I asked the price of the battery and its charger and he told me that both the charger and battery cost $15.00 each.

3. I asked if there was any way to load the magazine any way other than 1. BB at a time. There was NOTHING on their website or in the documentation included with the rifle.
Overall, a HUGE mistake and I plan to return the rifle for a full refund."
