"Do not buy anything glass from this company. It is not insulated and leads you to wait until the cups cool, so you’re left with cold tea.
They also make it intentionally impossible to return their products. The return address is in China and you are responsible for shipping, which ends up being at least half the cost of the order. This is by design. They are counting on you to give up.

I also got a beautiful celadon glazed tea holder that did not disappoint. It's probably my favorite tool in my tea set, it's so pretty. I like Umiteasets for the unique collections of tea tools you can get and with easy shipping. I still have yet to try their tea aside from the blooming tea, but I wouldn't expect anything but good quality from them.
