"I recently bought a tea set from UmiTeaSets.com but change my mind on the set I bought 12 hours later. I wrote to them to modify my order to another tea set in the website, albeit the tea set I want to change to is at a slightly lower price. The customer service said no change or cancellation as the order has been shipped. If I want to change/cancel, then I have to receive the previous tea set first, send it back to them and re-order. The irony is I receive an email from the company 8 days later that the original tea set was only just sent out, 8 days after they claimed it was sent!!! The seller is just very, very insincere."

I have received this set -- Round Glass Tea Set With Warmer And Tray last month. The teapot itself looks somewhat fragile, that is well worth the extra care. Actually, it did not to worry about. The quality of this tea set is wonderful!
