"After purchasing a set of wheels they informed me their supplier did not want to send wheels over seas even though the website offers international shipping. To resolve this Umnitza had them shipped to their office in CA and from there were meant to send to me in Australia but they were unreliable with shipping. The wheels were rejected by US customs several times due to Umnitza falsely labelling them. I had to chase them up every single week for 2 months to get the story out of them. Umnitza would blame US customs and even Australia post (even though there were no issues once arrived in Australia). When they sent the wheels they did only one at a time dragging out shipping time
For something I was quoted would ship to Australia in less than a week became a matter of months. Having payed extra for priority shipping I would expect more than this. "
"I purchased some halo LEDs for my '06 BMW 530i and chose the less expensive version. After about six weeks one of the lamps failed so I sent them an e-mail to which they replied right away. Lucky for me I live near their shop so I went there after work where they tested the bulb and replaced it without question. After another month the other lamp failed so back to the shop I went. Once again no issues with them and they told me that they would upgrade me to the newer brighter version at their cost due to my inconvenience. Needless to say I went that route and have had zero issues with the new lamps. They were professional and courteous throughout the whole time. I'm not certain why others have had such bad experiences but it might be how they conduct themselves when faced with a problem. "
"First of all; I want to say that I am posting this review, not to bash or damage Umnitza.com, but rather to warn any potential buyers from the horrible products quality and customer service of Umnitza.
On March 6, 2015 I ordered a pair of Predator Orion V2 projector headlights for my E90. Few days later I received my set of headlights and installed them the same day for a quote of $160. Right after the installation, I went to the car wash to wash my car and while drying my car I noticed a lot of moisture inside both headlights. That same afternoon I sent an email to Umnitza customer service and the answer shortly after that with a scientific documentation of the reason why it was moisture inside the headlights (Bologna to me) which I found "UNACEPTABLE"!!!
They asked me to return the headlights for repair (re-seal them) or suggested me to use a hair blower to resolve the problem. They also assured me that the moisture would go away in about 2 weeks, which is not happening at all....! Instead, they get full of water/moisture every time I wash my car!! I'm very angry with the situacion. I pretty much waste my money ($470).
If you want to take the risk buying headlights from Umnitza.com, make sure you ask them by phone to test and re-test the product for moisture! Good luck to you!!
I'm throwing them away, because they won't return my money back, and they look horrible! I wish I can post a pic in this review so you can see the very bad product they sell...!
To send the product back to them for repair will cost me a fortune that they won't pay for sure! I already pay $160 for installation, and If I send it back for repair, I will have to pay $160 again, and $160 again after repair, that's $480 plus $470 for the set of headlights. I'm not willing to pay almost a thousand dollars for TOY QUALITY set of headlights!!!
I hope this review may help other innocent online shoppers to be aware when spending their hard working money, on this kind of low quality auto accessories stores.

"Umnitza claims all there BMW halo are the brightest on the market. Ordered the expensive Mtec3 and received a Chinese limited time edition halo. They say it was a accident.....yeah ok. and tried every possible way to make me keep the $20 halo version. After I did not want it, they stoped answering my emails. Its only when I reply on forums and in the public eye. I receive the quickest customer service."
"Worst experience of my life as a buyer. I will Never buy anything from them again or waste my time with these guys again when I couldd get everything they sell elsewhere. I waited nearly 2 months for headlights I ordered, each time I called back I was given some sort of story as to why my lights were not sent out. When I finally asked for a refund because they had my money for over a month without sending anything they became rude and told me I would be charged a restocking fee for something's they never sent. Check they're rating on the bbb website it's an F. There are also a number of people who have had problems with these guys across many bimmer forums. Best of all I was called and outright attacked and insulted by the owner Matt after I was refunded by my credit card company because they were unreasoniable."
