"Warning! Do not buy from this company. They do not refund shipping charges when you return items. Item description from their website says the item I'm buying is a bracket post assembly. But I only receive the bracket and no post. That is very misleading. They would just offer you a discount so you wouldnt have to return the item you ordered.
Stay away...go buy your product somewhere else. You may find them cheaper but I lost money when i didn't receive my item as described in their website. I had to return the product but they wouldn't refund shipping cost (delivery and return). I wasted money buying from this store.

"This stuff really works. We had terrible leaks around our 20 year old skylightes and our chinmey base. My husband was able to use this as instructed. Let it dry and then go back and look for any gaps etc. He filled those in and let dry. The next heavy rain we got we check very carefully for leaks on the chimney and skylightes. NOT ONE DROP!!
