"horrible customer service. would not refund me shipping costs when they sent me the WRONG ITEM! I am out $16.50 - because of their mistake. The kicker of it all - they tell me after the fact that I needed to send a picture of the item! I sent screen shots in the original email and they NEVER asked for more info. After the item was in the mail they all of a sudden need a picture to process a refund? I filed a BBB complaint. Would NEVER order from them again!
UPDATE 2/17/15: The UnbeatableSale.com "NEGATIVE FEEDBACK TEAM" contacted me and offered to refund me $8.95 if I changed my rating here to 5 Stars! It baffles my mind that A: they have a team dedicated to addressing negative feedback and B: they would only refund me if I gave them 5 stars! Unbelievable. I wonder how many 5 Star ratings here are a result of that. I told them they can't buy my rating."
