"I bought a microwave cart from here a few months ago. I didn't pay close attention to the shipping cost and realized later that the cost of shipping was a ridiculous $70!!! I tried to cancel but their customer service line was not available. A day or two later, I received an email confirmation and responded promptly to cancel the order, but received a late response stating that I couldn't be refunded because the item was already being shipped. It was disappointing that I did not have the option to cancel online right away and that when I did get the opportunity to, it was too late. It seems that they manually respond to all inquiries and therefore, causes slow responses and the inability to cancel orders on the spot. Never ordering from here ever again."

There was a minor problem with the pre-drilled holes not matching in a few areas, but we were able to re-drill and the bed came together nicely after that. The color was just what we wanted, and the drawers roll well even on carpet.
