"Ordered, charged $1700, $1200 product $500 shipping immediately, 45 days later no product no response. Call customer service number after 6 minutes says they do not have staff to answer phones to email. Emails never responded to.
No shipping g information, no product, just took$1700 under the name of Walmart.com and no recourse. Walmart will only say " we can escalate your request with the seller but cannot guarantee they willfully the order. Clearly they are listing products they DO NO HAVE and are taking payment with no intention to fill order. "

"They charge my card, My order shipped & then it is in transit to the next Facility & has been in transit since May 22. It shipped out of Fl, to Iowa it's now June 9th & still has not updated. "I assumed that I had purchased this from Walmart directly. It wasn't until after the order was placed that I realized that the seller was Unbeatable Deals. I began to search for reviews, and obviously was a bit nervous when I came across this site and all of the 1-star reviews. I quickly went back to the order history to cancel the order but it was too late. The item was already listed as shipped. Yes, it seemed way too fast for me to believe. So, the order was placed on Friday night. The item arrived on Monday afternoon from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to Western New York via USPS. When I purchased the item for $22.68 I knew in advance that it said New, Open Box. I have purchased plenty of open-box or refurbished items in the past so I wasn't worried about that. Again, my biggest concern was the seller not shipping the correct item or a broken item. When the package arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find a factory sealed Plantronics Rig 400 Dolby Atmos headset. This was not a "New, Open Box" item it was "BNIB" I immediately opened the box to see if what I ordered was in fact in the package. And it was, 100% perfect. The Y-splitter, headset, manuals, quick setup guide, and the Dolby Atmos license card was all in there. Now, onto the product. The Plantronics Rig 400 headset has adjustable earcups, you can pop them out of the slots they are in and move them up or down the band for further customization on your head. The top band is a harder plastic with a headrest inside that is really soft and elastic so that the headset rests comfortably on the top of the head. I didn't need to adjust the ear cups at all from factory placement. The Dobly Atmos license was activated successfully on Windows 10 using the Microsoft Store > Redeem a code option. Then I installed Dolby Access to configure the software. Let me tell you the difference between using a gaming headset without Atmos while watching a Blu-Ray or playing games and this Rig 400 headset with Atmos. World's better sound. You can tell if the sounds are coming from above, below, behind, to the sides, etc... fantastic sound quality, good bass for a 40mm driver and the way the sounds travels around you like you are there. It is amazing the level of clarity and precision that Atmos provides. I am definitely going to buy more of these headsets for my kids and another one for my office at work. "

"We ordered my son a switch game that was defective. After calling multiple times and getting no where i sent an email. They told me the 15 day window to return the item had passed. When purchasing my item there was nothing stating any allotted time frame for return. So now my kid is disappointed all over again and we will have to dish out another $50 just to get what we ordered in the first place. Selling defective items and refusing to replace said items is really disappointing and unethical. I hope anyone researching them chooses not to buy from this company. "

"I ordered a Bluetooth Wireless speaker for $17.95. They delivered the wrong one. When I contacted them I had to package and ship their mistake back to them.....at my expense! I responded to Walmart's survey and expressed my dissatisfaction with Unbeatable Deals and they sent me a $5.00 e-gift card. Then I receive an email that the schmucks at unbeatable b.s. is only refunding me $10.37 for the return of my product. Remember....THEY shipped the wrong one! I was ready to chalk it up to another bad internet shopping experience at Walmart.com except when I go to my local Walmart and tried to use the $5.00 e-gift card....they won't accept it!

"When I ordered the item on the Wal-Mart website, the indication on returns was vague but explained the return must be unopened/unpackaged and as sent to me. The refund was good for 30 days from receipt.
When they placed the order and sent a confirmation delivery number, the return page indicated there 'might be a 20% return fee. This was not indicated on the order page just the confirmation page after order was placed.
I am in the process of emailing the company and calling. The phone number listed initially had a voice that said the number had no mailbox set up yet. I am frustrated and have spent over 1 hour working on this problem.3154883 "

"I bought a streaming device that my grandparent, who are on a fixed income, needed to get any type of TV because they can afford cable. The device doesn't connect to the router and does not have the option for a wired connection like the ad said. Now I have to return it and they tell me I have to pay them back for the shipping and pay for the return shipping then lose 20% of my refund to restocking this thing that weighs all of 2 ounces. Never again WalMart you will never see another online order from me. I know WalMart didn't do this but considering all the negative reviews, which i wasn't aware of before my purchase, they should have long ago cut ties with this terrible company. "

"Received Fitbit Charge HR as a gift in June 2017. It was purchased from Unbeatabledeals through Walmart.com marketplace. The band broke 6 months later. Contacted fitbit because their product has a 1 year warranty. They advised me that this fitbit was previously activated 1 year earlier. UNBEATABLE DEALS sold a used product and represented it as new. Their customer service did absolutely nothing because their 30 return window had expired. Reported this to Walmart since it is one of their sellers. They would not accept this return even though I had the receipt and told me I needed to deal with the seller directly. My experience with this store was horrible. Apparently Walmart doesn't have an issue with one of their sellers selling used products as new. "

Now it’s been shipped. Charged to my account and I will now have to be inconvenienced in shipping it back!

"I purchased 2 pairs of the Tzumi Dream Vision Pro VR Headsets. I bought them as Christmas Gifts. Like everyone knows There’s always going to be a delay for waiting for family (especially my son who’s in the Army) to come and open gifts during the holiday season. By the time the VR Headsets were opened and found that they quality is non existent and very cheesy so I contacted Walmart. Now that Walmart subcontracts our to outside vendors like Amazon does online orders cannot be returned to the stores themselves. I found out I had to contact the seller and did so. I received an email a few days later stating since th date was 4pr 5 days pass the 30 day return period they were not going to work with me with a return. I will never again purchase anything from ‘Unbeatable Deal’ againand would advise anyone else do their purchasing elsewhere. "
