I had to ask them for a tracking number, even though they say they will provide one. According to Fed Ex, my package was delivered and signed for. Unfortunately nobody was home when this allegedly happened. USRO has not reimbursed me for the lost merchandise, they have not sent another shipment, and now refuse to even respond. I am out over $90.00 and appear to have no way to get it back. Stay far away from these lying cheats!! "
