Horrible Service

"Awful customer service. I have a gift card that was never activated. Told me I need to find the paper receipt in order to use the card. Spoke to 3 different people and each one was zero help. Basically told me to throw the card away. Last lady Helena was very rude and would not answer any of my questions. Never thought Under Armour would be so disrespectful. Always thought differently of the company. Advice don’t ever get a gift card if something goes wrong your money is no good. "

Never Received Product

"Ordered on 5/22/2022 a pair of shoes, got an email FEDEX label created on 05/25/2022. Under Armour says shipped. Contacted FEDEX with tracking number yesterday 05/26/2022 and It hasn't even been picked up yet. Delivery date 05/26/2022 never showed, updated delivery date 05/30/2022 last night. Updated delivery date as of this morning 06/03/2022.

I would research underarmour. Com reviews before you click add to cart and check out. LOTS of negative reviews. I should have done this prior to buying from this company.

Never buy under armour hovr shoes

"Bought under armour hovr shoes for INR15,000 and the fabric is wearing off in my 4th month of purchase - Customer service team refuses a replacement - never again

Please note that we offer exchange of products in case of manufacturing defects in the warranty period of 90 days only.
We regret to mention that we will not be able to offer you an exchange here.

Dear CS Team,

The shoes was bought on 20th August 2020 during the Pandemic and hardly been used due to our society under lockdown as there were many cases. Thereafter due to the severe cold in Gurgaon one has hardly stepped out.
I was in touch with the customer care chat online on the website early December but till not did not find a resolution. I then had to reach out to your MD - Tushar GOCULDAS.
There is no question of abrasion with an external agent. The fabric tear of the shear is a defect and one doesn’t pay INR15,000 for it to tear in 4 months.
I expect a replacement and not a mending for something this expensive.
Look forward to hearing from you at the earliest.

Never gave me a chance to enter discount code

"I received an email from Under Armour this morning with a code for 30% off. I add my items to my cart and go through the checkout process so I can see the total price with discount. I get to the page where it says to pay with credit card / PayPal / etc. Right above the payment options there is a note that says I'll be able to add any promo codes in the next step. I select PayPal and enter my info into PayPal and then the page tells me to hit continue and I'll be returned to the Under Armour site where I can review before placing the order. I hit continue and then the next page I get to is the order confirmation page thanking me for my order. I never even had a chance to enter the promo code for 30% off. So I think no big deal, I'll just call and cancel the order. I immediately called customer service and they look the order number up and tell me that there is no way to cancel an order once it has been placed and I just have to wait for the product to arrive and then return it to get the refund. I understand there is a certain time frame from when you place an order to when it is too late to cancel an order, but I called within 5 minutes of placing the order and there was nothing they could do. My big complaint though is I was never even given the opportunity to enter the promo code or given a chance to review the order before it was placed. I will never order anything from Under Armour online again."

"Ordered three items on Black Friday, received an email that they shipped. A week later the package is still showing as not even tendered to FedEx. After FOUR chats and phone calls with customer service I finally demanded a refund. Wonder how long that will take to receive..."

Late and Unreliable

"I ordered a book bag and it wasn’t here by the expected date so I emailed them but never got a response. I finally got an email that night saying my order may be a little late and would be shipped soon. Now a week later I haven’t heard anything else and my order still hasn’t shipped. "

"Ordered shoes on August 10th. As of August 20, order is still pending. Have. Called customer service 4 times now. Warehouse is busy with back to school. Wish I would have found all these reviews before I ordered sons shoes for school. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AGAIN! Or buy their gear for that matter!"

Very upset

Just received another email from them just like last week that my order will be late.. heres free shipping for next time. I havent used either and there wont be a next time. Plus I have 2 day shoprunner so I didnt need their free shipping. Anyway, Under armour is a disappointment. I placed an order August 6th, 2019 via 2 day shoprunner. It was 1 week and 2 of my items havent shipped. I had chatted with someone on August 8th and then had called a couple of times. The items of mine that were not sending were also still saying that they were in stock, available in all sizes and this still hasn't changed since August 6th. The first time I had called I was told the items are low but they are receiving them from another warehouse and will ship soon. The second time I had called, I verified that the items were for sure in stock and was told they are. These items were ordered for my children as a set. Everytime I order a bulk amount of items from UA, I always end up receiving an email saying items were canceled in my order. Because of that, I was already nervous about shopping with UA. I am tired of finding out at the last minute that their items are not in stock and then have to also wait forever for a refund. I do not have time for that. Everytime I shop with UA for school, my children end up disappointed. I dont want to always have to worry that my items are not in stock when they say online that they are in stock. I choose to spend my money at this store. I pay the money immediately. So when items aren't in, I am the one who suffers. I do not want to be that customer that is constantly complaining about orders. But at the same time, I want to be able to shop here and not have to go through this just once. I have so many orders that items have been canceled due to not being in stock. Not to mention its very confusing when you order 10 things and receive 1 item in one package, 2 in another etc..because they all come from different warehouses. And I realized it doesnt matter with them what shipping method you use, you either get it when you get it, and half the time you dont get it at all. Now I am kicking myself Because my son absolutely had to have this bookbag from there so I thought "well its just one bookbag so I am sure it will ship and I wont have to stress". I ordered the bookbag on the morning of 08/15 using 2 day shop runner. My item said its pending 08/15. My item has been saying pre ship prep since friday 08/16. It is now 08/19 and my item is still saying preship prep and now the item is showing out of stock on the website. I am assuming this item wont even arrive and will end up canceled. I really hope people check the reviews before shopping with UA. Because as many times as this happened to me, I never knew of all these reviews until today when I decided to finally write my own review. UA needs to get their crap together or just shut down and let Kohls and Dicks handle their brands because obviously its too much for them. Like I said at the beginning of this review, It's 8:20 pm of the day I was supposed to receive my sons bookbag and I just now received an email that it will be late its still processing. 08/20 update: Today I connected with chat. The first time the rep disconnected on me. The second one told me she will contact me within 2 hours after she contacts the warehouse. Never did. So i called and stayed on hold over an hour and a half and then requested a call back. Been another hour and still no call. So I connected with chat again because the last rep said the hold was lifted. This last rep was ignorant. Said he can't do anything about my order, he doesnt know what hold im talking about, and he cant cancel my order either. Basically i have to come out of pocket another 75 dollars for another bookbag while I wait around wondering what they are going to do.

Would give zero stars if could

"This was an absolute joke of an experience. Spoke to 5 different customer service reps and everyone said product was in stick but warehouse was backed up? Now after two and a half weeks was emailed saying my order was out of stock. This has been just unbelievably difficult and hard to understand how bad this was. Will not be buying any under Armour products again. "

My online ordering experience has changed how I view the company

"A total joke! I ordered the limited edition pride shoes on June 6th. Was given a tracking number for delivery June 14th. Delivery then pushed back to June 17th. I called fed ex to ask why, well, under armour NEVER GAVE FED EX THE ORDER! So customer service for under armour says they will send a replacement..after waiting 3 days for my tracking number as promised, they sent out ANOTHER replacement. Finally a week later I receive an email with no tracking number stating the shoes will be shipped two day shipping. A day after that, I get an email with another tracking number. However, it was not active. So I call customer service again and I’m told “it’ll just take a few days to update”. I told the service rep that it shouldn’t take time, and I wanted to be sure I would get my product. He said “are you saying I’m lying? It takes time I used to work for fedex”. Fine. I call the next day, to see if it has updated yet, and of course their systems are down, they can’t tell, but I was ensured it was shipped out. Here we are today, June 24th. Another day later, and what do they say? “We regret to inform you the product is out of stock”. Seriously?! I placed an order June 6th, and two replacement orders were sent out after that, yet I still somehow don’t have my product and everyone who ordered after me received theirs? No reconciliation, no offer to make up for their awful mistake, just a refund and on to the next. I will not be purchasing under armour ever again. "

Bad customer support and false advertising

"I received a coupon code via email for $40 off $100 purchase. The code would not work. I contacted support via chat, Donald R gave me additional codes to try, none of which worked so he told me to call the 888 number and someone could take my order over the phone and apply discount. I called helpline and was on the phone with Devon J for at least 30-45 min. He too gave me additional codes to try, none of which worked. He then hung up on me with no explanation. I called back and got a recording that said I should send an email which I did - so far no response. Two days later I get an email asking me to take a survey to rate their service. I did that as well and gave low scores. Still no contact from the company. Very disappointed in what I thought was a good company.

Horrible online ordering experience....

"Paid extra to have items shipped and delivered in 2 days.... that didn't happen (explanation given..."the warehouse has been busy")

Items on the online order that said "Will Ship Soon"... were never in stock. No one at UnderArmor informed me the items were not in stock.

Online chat help - was a joke. On the phone support person - was more irritated that I called and bothering him.

He had no answers - refunded my shipping cost....and insisted that the "Will Ship Soon" items might still get shipped.

Until I received an email 4 hours later from them saying my items were out of stock.

They don't care. If they did - they would change thing. But they just do not care.
