Good product NO SUPPORT AT ALL

"The phones are just OK but support is non-existent. The only refer you to the web site. I will never buy another product from them. "

"Order two sets of phones as gifts directly from the Uniden Store and despite a minor hic-up on checkout in which my order did not get confirmed everything came in on time.

My only suggestion would be that Uniden should spend some time working on their ordering system.
