"Customer service has been outsourced to some third rate country that English is NOT the first language and labor is cheap. If you’re lucky enough to speak with an agent in the US that actually speaks English, only then will you receive good customer service. Oh and the management is no better. Everyone in charge of customer service does not speak English. Seems like the Susan Massimore is more interested in her profit margin than the quality of UA."
"I have been trying to order two sets of scrubs for my office staff. It has now been 9 days since I have been trying to get these ordered. ****@**** is so unresponsive to every communication, and takes two days to get a non-response answer. If I am treated this poorly while trying to spend money with this company, what will I be treated like if I need to exchange or return something? Tried to reach them on their website with my complaint, and they immediately ended the chat without offering any resolution."

"We have used Uniform Advantage for over a year. We've had constant customer service issues. They promise delivery by certain dates and they almost never come through. Time after time our orders come late and the training and meetings we need them for are disrupted for lack of uniforms. They kept promising things would improve but they never did. If you don't care about customer service and timely deliveries of your needed uniforms then by all means give them a try. But, if you need to make deadlines and be able to believe what your vendor tells you, find somebody else. They simply are not up to the task."
"I ordered and paid for the order. They delivered to the wrong address. TWICE! The emailed me several times regarding the order being reshipped at no charge. I was agreeable to this. The order did NOT arrive, when I tried to email them it came back as undeliverable. I emailed the customer service email that I had received the emails from.......came back again as undeliverable. So I called. Then they said they had sent a partial refund. There is no refund on my card. Then they tell me the order is on the truck to deliver today, but I have to pay for it............again. So I asked for a discount for the aggravation.............seemed fair to me. Then I am told the order has now been INTERCEPTED and will not be delivered at all! But it I PAY FOR IT AGAIN they will deliver next business day at no charge...............however next business day is really Monday because today is Thursday???? Yeah, now I'm mad. Nothing can or will arrive today thanks to Customer Service Manager Barbara! Thanks Babs! If I need anymore enemies I will call you first................for crying out loud! But they will give me 10% off if I reorder today and pay for it again and wait another 3-8 business days for something that was supposed to arrive 10 days ago???? Yeah not so much! Uniform Advantage screwed my order up so many times I can't even figure them all out, supposedly sent a refund for the total amount...........which was short $30 by the way, that I have not received and according to my bank is not currently being processed and they want me to pay the full amount AGAIN and wait another 3-8 business days???? Just how stupid do they think we are???? DO NOT ORDER FROM UNIFORM ADVANTAGE!!!! So not worth the hassle!"
"I was in no hurry to receive my order, so I paid for standard shipping. When I tracked my package (sent via UPS), the tracking information said that it had been delivered to a post office 60 miles from my home - a post office that does not route to my town. There is a post office only blocks from my house that delivers to my address.
When I contacted UPS, I was told that the shipper (Uniform Advantage) had specifically requested that my package be delivered to a post office and not to my home address. Apparently, Uniform Advantage does this in order to save a few bucks - at your expense."
