Ultimately you get what you pay for, and the union made in the USA products offered on this site are great. The only knock I have about the process is that the website could be updated, and made more mobile friendly. Otherwise everything else went as smooth as could be expected. I will be a returning customer!"

"Bought 2 packages of underwear. Ordered on a Saturday, Monday was a holiday so I didn't expect to hear that they shipped them till Tuesday or Wednesday. However I never got an email with my shipment info or any contact from them at all. Just on Friday I received the package.

So I would have given them 5/5 but they did not communicate at all with me nor did the website ever update that the item was shipped."
