"This is the ONLY place on Amazon or other sites (even Canon), that lists the PCC-CP400 Canon Printer Cassette as 'in-stock'. The price seems higher than what it normally sells for, but okay - when you need it, you need it. Seeing that they are literally the ONLY one who supposedly have it, made me a bit suspicious though, as did a dead link on Amazon which was supposed to take you to their return policy, as did their Amazon 92% satisfaction score. I then decided to phone them and tell them that I was 5-7 minutes away (I'm actually 1,153 miles away), and wondered if they had it in stock. They didn't. Follow your gut."

I needed 2 photos reproduced and he basically did everything for me including changing the paper in the kiosk from glossy to matte finish, finding the correct cord to hook up to my phone, and getting exactly the size photos that I needed (not standard size). It was such a relief to me because I would not have known where to start! So many thanks again to Kareem who I would highly commend as a valuable employee! "Buyer Beware! Recently I attempted to locate a particular model/color camera for my wife's birthday because who doesn't want to make their significant other happy? Well after hours of searching I finally found a store that showed this camera in stock: Unique Photo. I ordered the camera excited that I had finally found it! Fast forward 4 weeks and here I am, still with no camera. After many discussions with staff at Unique Photo I find out the product marketed in bright green text as IN STOCK is actually back ordered and the best I can get as to when it will arrive is "we cannot say". Very unreliable, and a bit deceptive with very little follow through or effort to try and find a solution. I will never shop Unique Photo again."
"I recently bought a brand new Nikon Nikkor 35mm ZS F/1.8 lens from Unique Photo from one of their Ebay listings. The sent me my new lens in a box with no cushioning to protect my purchase. When I left negative feedback on their Ebay seller rating, they violated Ebay rules and tried to leave me negative feedback as a buyer. This is how this company treats it's customers. Do business with these folks at your own peril because they trade in revenge."

I recently purchased a Go Pro camera from Unique Photo on Amazon as a birthday present for my husband. It stated it was in "like new" condition. When he opened it for his birthday we found it was not "like new". The box was damaged, the power cord was missing, the previous owner of the camera left his SD card in it with all of his photos and video still loaded, and the Go Pro was broken!! Unique Photo refused to accept a return and they stated that I should pursue fixing the camera via the Go Pro warranty. How is this my responsibility?! Do not buy from Unique Photo, they are frauds selling broken, incomplete cameras to innocent customers. Terrible customer service and products. Terrible business practices."
"Last month I purchased a Nikon D3500 for a special event. The salesman Carmine Pica never mentioned the fact that I would need to purchase a memory card for the camera. The Nikon D3500 DSLR doesn't come with a memory card as standard, but retailers usually put together bundles that include this item. We went to a graduation ceremony and then realized we did not have the card. It was too late to get one, so we missed getting photos of this special occasion. I wrote to the store hoping they could supply me with a complimentary memory card. I received an e-mail back from Carmine Pica stating that he would not give me a free card, and he stated that he mentioned the card when I made the purchase. I feel this is such poor customer service, and I will never shop at Unique Photo again. I have purchased cameras and lenses from them in the past, but will never go there again. I hope someone "higher up" reads this post!"
"Their technical knowledge is top-notch. Prices are comparable with NY shops. They have almost everything in stock, and let you play with the toys without question. I've bought most of my equipment there.
However, after spending thousands of dollars with them, when I went to order a new Z6, imagine my surprise when I went to use my "Reward Points" and found that I had NONE!! When I asked "How can that be? I've bought a $750 Panasonic camcorder, a Nikon D750, flashes, lenses, a D300, a D600, etc. they just said, 'Well, your Loyalty Points Card balance shows zero.' I said I can show you ALL of my receipts." No real response. we'll talk further before I pick up the Z6."
