"Placed an order for a manual for Autodesk Revit on 3/17. 9 days later, when I still hadn't received the item, I emailed customer service and received a response from Joe W. that they can't get the item any longer and that my order was cancelled. He offered no apology and no explanation until several emails later when he explained that it was an Autodesk problem.
I understand that there are supply issues that can be uncontrolable, but if they had to cancel my order, they should have notified me ASAP rather than waiting for me to contact them when no item was delivered. Also, their website still shows the item available. If you have other options, I'd stay away from this company."
