"Great prices, especially if you do the "make an offer" thing on ebay, and incredible customer service. Make no mistake, these guys have better response to reviews here on resellerratings than any seller I've seen.

However, the latest spam Unique Squared sent out is an "enter our contest" thing, but you're only eligible if you "like" them on their freaking Facebook page. I'd just as soon not get it. I hate that Facebook crap."

"It's good to hear that this company reads the reviews. I placed my order on the 20th of November and to date, December 1st, I haven't received the product. An email was sent on November 30th, but no response to date. Based on the reviews, I'm sure they will make good on this purchase and make contact with me in a timely manner.
Update: The day after posting this comment, I heard from the Marketing Manager of UniqueSquared. Bottom line, I would give this company 5 stars for customer service. I was very pleased with how they handled this transaction and will gladly give them my business in the future and recommend them to other buyers. Definitely a happy ending to this story!! "
