REASON is a joy to work with. The documentation/help files are excellent -- in just a few hours of opening boxes I was making music. M-AUDIO's documentation on the other hand is nearly worthless. If not for the superior REASON software, which completes most of the setup for you, I would still be staring at the Axiom User Guide and scratching my head (it looks like English, but what are they saying?) In spite of the lousy documentation from Axiom the software/hardware combo is fantastic -- I can make music without knowing too much about all the controls on the MIDI keyboard. Using REASON is nearly intuitive. (btw: Unique Squared must have been short of 25 key Axioms the day of my order, so a substitution was made and a 49 key unit was sent at no extra charge. KUDOS to Unique Squared for a timely delivery and great service."

One drawback is they don't do phone orders unless you're having a problem ordering online. I was hoping to get a discount over the phone...never hurts to ask, right? :)

I ordered the Zoom H4n kit with the stand and 16GB card - what a deal! Other sites (including the very popular **photovideo.com) had the same item for the same price WITHOUT the mic stand and 16GB card! Again, amazing price!

The only bad thing I could think of would be their packaging - wow! I think they used a maximum of TWO pieces of tape - one on the top, one on the bottom! UPS delivered the package, I brought it inside and the bottom blew open. I quickly checked the package contents - everything was fine, but really! The only padding was some brown paper. Like I said, everything was fine. But be aware that things might get a little bumped around in shipping considering the packaging. I'm rating the 'shipping' part of the review only at 'Very Good' because of the job they did. But hey - it was FREE shipping! I received my package in exactly one week (ordered Monday, received next Monday) - I live in Minnesota.

Aside from the packaging issue, I would order again for sure!"
