"This place is so unprofessional, unethical and fraudulent. I do not recommend them at all. They sent me the wrong item, even after I specified exactly what I needed. It cost over $1000. I then asked for a refund, sent it back via registered post and they refuse to accept the parcel and it's still awaiting collection at their local post office. Fortunately I received a refund via paypal buyer protection.

Completely unethical and can't be trusted. Even before I received the item and after I had paid they tried to renegotiate on the price to get me to pay more.

"What a TERRIBLE place! I have been emailing them for 2 weeks (4 emails) trying to buy a watch and NOBODY has called me back. I also have called them 4 times and NOBODY ever answers. It's always a recording that you should leave a message. I've left 4 messages and STILL NO CALL BACK! What a bummer. Obviously they do not care about their potential new customers, I can only imagine if you have purchased from them and have a problem what you would do.
Very disappointed. Really wanted to purchase a watch. So today I just got an email from them saying they've been away for the holidays! Then why don't you put that on your voice mail?? And because I sent them an email saying I think they stink for their lack of customer service, they emailed me back saying they didn't want to help me because I said they stink.
