"Horrible company that will ship you the wrong item and then say its not their fault. Even though the listing says in 3 locations it was 1,500 units they shipped 500 units and then have the audacity to tell me not to message them again rather than do the right thing."

"FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE !

I got a wrong item - different socket from the one I ordered.
They did not answer to my call and I sent a letter with 2 Print Screens from their Uniquepos Web site – Socket that I got & socket that I need (Actually at Web site on that moment was 5 different sockets).
Instead to admit responsibility about this incident they DELETED(!) IMAGES from Web site. Now this page has only one item(!) instead of five. Image of socket I made order disappeared.
Owner company Mr. Baris Alyanak was very rude, denied any responsibility for this incident, did not offer to return order for full refund. He claims that I do not have any prove of wrong doing from his side.
However I do have the proof - the copy of print screen I created before they deleted this image

They never had it in the first place and were trying to buy it off another seller and have it dropshipped. Wish 3rd party resellers like this would stop lying about their inventory on hand. Should have known better when the company address was a house. "

"Customer service is a joke. I ordered 10 magnetic stripe readers from them. The order arrived on time and in good condition but the MSRs were not programmable to my specifications. I called the "customer service" number to request an RMA - I got an answering machine, I left a message to have someone call me back and nobody did. Sent them an email requesting an RMA - no response. Opened a help ticket online requesting an RMA - no response. No legitimate business is this negligent. Don't do business with this company."

"I placed an order for over $5500 today on the website. It said that everything was in stock (which is why I was ordering from them as I was having a hard time finding the items in stock elsewhere.) I received an email stating that one of the items (of which I need 3) was discontinued yet it is still on the website!! They gave me a replacement recommendation that is $300 more than the ones I ordered so a total of $900. I asked for a discount from them since it was their negligence and received an email saying no and refunded the credit card. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! "I ordered from this company on 4/29/16. The confirmation email stated that the product will arrive in 5-7 days. Two weeks go by, and nothing. I contacted them, which is a joke. I was told the item was on backorder until 5/11/16, or 5/12/16. Another few weeks gone by, and nothing again. I contacted them again. They said the items were on backordered until 6/7/16. I tried contacting them today, and now they told me that they cancelled the order because they haven't heard back from me. This company is a joke. If I could I would give them no stars!!"

"POS is right, do NOT order from these jokers. I place my order from them on 9/28. It was supposed to take 5-7 days to arrive. I followed up on 10/15, and my order is still listed as being in a "pending" status. It says that the order cannot be cancelled at this time, but it still hasn't shipped, and I was charged weeks ago. Who knows when or if they will ship my order at this point. I'm EXTREMELY unsatisfied and will be filing a dispute with my credit card company if my order does not arrive within the next week or so. Uniquepos never shipped a UPS Battery, lied about their stock claiming their one left in stock was "Defective" , Dragged me with promises of getting a new one from manufacture for almost 3 weeks. Then blindly canceled the order stating the new one was also "Defective" - Come on, It's a battery pack!!! They issued me an RMA less the shipping costs. Had to contact NewEgg Bussiness to get 100% back - WILL NEVER USE UNIQUEPOS AGAIN.
Love Newegg, Hate this half Amazon, Half EBay Marketplace and especially underhanded merchants!"
