friend put the phone on speaker. I talk to staff. if my friend did not
go to this fly he will miss after two connect fly. they will need to pay
any loss damage. so they give my friend boarding pass. and did not let
my friend check the luggage. so I can not believe they let my friend
take a 23KG luggage run to the aircraft. because no reason they don't
give my friend boarding pass. its they work fault lead to this
situation. also I book the fly with UA. UA customer service on that time
can not do anything to help my friend. and can not contact Your great
