"This company provided me with quality products for my Ipod Touch. I received a leather case, a screen cover ,a home charger,a car charger, and a USB retractable cord. The leather case was worth the price of the bundle alone.
The retractable cord was broken when it arrived, but a replacement was quickly shipped without question.
I would recommend this company as an excellent internet seller."
"I placed an order for $125+ of merchandise on 9 December and my card was charged on that date. On 19 December, I checked on the order and got a USPS tracking # that said my package had been "picked up" at a local Post Office. After 2 more e-mails from me, the company admitted that the order had been "lost in transit" and offered either refund or reshipment. I chose reshipment, but ONLY IF the items were available, and got an e-mail on 8 January saying the order would be shipped "in 1-2 business days". Finally, on 17 January, I got an e-mail saying the order had been shipped. Today, 19 January, I checked the new USPS tracking # the company gave me 2 days ago, and it shows that the Postal Service "has no record" of this order.
UPDATE: Complete shipment was received on 21 January and the company, as of today, 23 January, has issued me a 10% refund in apology. I now consider the problem resolved. Thank you.
