"Ordered a sleep mask on 1/29, credit card charged same day. Never received confirmation or order number, and never received merchandise. Accessing site online to contact gets 'site cannot be found.' COMPLETE SCAM!! Credit card company reversed charges no contest."

" Boy do I wish I had found this site before I placed my order. Placed the order on 12/28/09 and my credit card was billed the same day. Since then I have tried my best to contact them but no luck nor do I think there ever will be.I will say they have a nice looking web site , to bad they spent all the time to build it only to steal money from the working people.
I am working with my credit card company to try and get my money back.

"Wow! I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. Same story as everyone else, bought an ipod dock, was charged a day later (Christmas Day?!) and just notified my credit card company that I never received the product. What a scam! I have been shopping online for years and this is a first. Google Shopping (which has now removed the link) sent me there and I will now be more careful before purchasing "anything"."

"I think this store is a scam. Ordered an electronic product & they never emailed me back on the order although they billed my credit card immediately. Order had only a 3 digit number which I thought was strange. Product never came. Tried contacting their customer service & corporate offices 4 times with no response. Their phone number on my credit card bill is someone's cell, never heard back either. Had to contact my credit card company to have the charge removed. Read similar experience form other people who were scammed, could not find a good review."

"I placed my order on 11/29 and after a couple of hours I was notified, via email, that my order status changed to 'Awaiting Fulfillment'. My credit card was charged on 12/1 and I have yet to receive what I ordered.

I tried to login to their website with the "account" I set up when ordering but the site does not recognize my email address. I've attempted to contact United Net Online via the 'Contact Us' link on their website, their support email address and via their "live help" tool (which is always off-line). I even called the number that showed up on my credit card statement and got a generic voice mail message.

I would advise anyone thinking of using this site to NOT waste their time.

"This site is the worst e-comm site I have ever used. Just as stated in the other reviews, I placed an order and they were happy to charge me for the product but I have not seen nor heard anything about the status of the order. I have sent multiple emails and have heard nothing back. I am debating on turning them in for internet commerce fraud and let the FBI deal with them."

"I placed an order for a keyboard on 12/31/2009. My card was billed $740 on this day, despite the fact that this company's policy states "Of course, we never charge your credit card, debit card or credit line until the product ships!". I have used their online messaging system to request an update, I have sent e-mails and I have left phone messages. My order status is listed as "Awaiting fulfillment" This company has not responded. Do not use them!"

"I placed the order online and my credit card was charged the same day. It has now been two weeks and the order status has not changed. The item has not been shipped nor have there been any updates on the order. I have left voice mails, send emails, and enter messages on the site but I still have not been given any updates. No one has contacted me and I know that one of my emails was read because I got a read receipt. There is an online chat assistant but is always offline.

The on-line site looks professional but obviously that is not the case. I have been purchasing from on-line sites for years and this is the first one that I have ever had a problem.

This is a definite BUYER BEWARE.
