" Customer service called me this morning about the motor they had on hand. They advised me that the motor was no longer in their warehouse and that they can order it but it would cost more. I don’t see how this is the customers fault and having to pay more for a part that they said they had. When I asked him about the situation his answer was “you know what, I’ll just cancel the order and go find it somewhere else.” I asked to speak to his manager or supervisor his exact words were, “go **** my **** you ****.“ How does a sales associate get away with talking to customers like this! I would not order from this business if it was the last place on earth. I love how people talk so big and bad over a phone but I bet things would be a lot different if it was over counter. "
"Our technician, an expert in HVAC and refrigeration for 27 years and who has a reputation for integrity and competency was told the part needed for our client's unit was obsolete and yet the part was still sent and when it was received and discovered to be the WRONG part, United Part Supply refused to return the part. When entering the part number on United Supply's website for the York Unit part number 031-01212-000 their system returns part number Z6-031-01212-000-32YW labeled "control board" but when the part arrives, it is clearly, NOT the correct part and even though the part is WRONG and never installed, the company refuses to accept returns or refund the part. The "Parts Manager" A.K.A. John Miller called me after receiving my request for a refund today and it was immediately clear by his hostile and condescending tone, he had no intention of helping us find a solution to our problem and he promptly hung up on me. This company has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau and it is abundantly clear from the multiple negative reviews regarding what appears to be a pattern of outright fraud and essentially, extorting consumers is intentional. I would encourage everyone defrauded and victimized by this company to take any legal action available in your state. These people must be stopped."
"First, I find it hilarious they have two positive ratings. Those have to come from employees or owners of the company. Check reviews with yelp. They have no return policy for a reason. They will overcharge you and send you the wrong part. Nice business model. Charge $200, for a $3 piece of plastic and claim you sent the correct part. Stay away from them at all costs. If you are a do-it yourself type... stay away from them. There are better companies out there that will stand behind their name and products. Awful service, ripoff. If they send you wrong part, you have to eat the money."
"These guys were excellent. They were able to find a rare part for are repair company more than one time. The prices seem to be higher than others but they get my parts right the first time. They respond within 1 hour. We'll be calling them for all of our HVAC needs in the future. Jason, Property management Services llc."
