"I ordered a flat iron and received confirmation of the purchase and shipment the following day. I reached out when I noticed the package was still pending for shipment at the post office to get info. I tried emailing, calling, and using the chat (continuously closed). I could not get through to anyone at the number and left multiple messages during business hours. I received an email the item was out of stock 6 days after trying to contact them, 11 days after placing the order. I emailed back to request a refund and still have not heard back. The customer service is terrible, rather non existent. "
