"I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this company. Ordered 12 Palm Tungsten T 5/27. Faxed a purchase requisition to the company's main fax number @ ***-***-****. Received a call 6/1 from a rep at the company (Paddy) who was verifying some information and said the order would be shipping out that day.
Did not receive anything from the company (including an invoice) so I called back 7/19 and the company has NO RECORD of my purchase. Thankfully I was not billed. I was told by Paddy that she did not remember the order, they receive 'thousands of faxes' and that if the order was not faxed to someone's attention, it probably got thrown away!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

"Enrolled with RR to warn about this seller. Tried to order a $2250 notebook from them. Price was $200 lower than usual, plus free shipping and free FDD.

The site did not even look accomplished yet. There were web-server warnings on the front page, "About us" page was under construction, etc.

Placed the order though. Then got e-mail saying: "Please complete the attach form, personally sign and fax back to me ... together with a copy of your driver's license. Upon receipt, I'll verify your information with your credit card bank issuer and charge your card. Afterwhich, I'll send you the copy of the Sales Draft which would need your signature as well and returned to me."

The form contained the data I have already given to them placing the order, plus my obligation to comply with their policies.

Placing the order I gave them my AmEx card verification number, and my shipping and billing addresses were the same. Obviously AmEx has never seen my driver's license, etc.

Just wandering if this compamy has ever sold anything before, and what they were going to do with my signature/DL.
