"The service advisor, Jesse Trevino, was excellent and explained everything well. Definitely a five star for the entire visit. The technician was very efficient and the video he sent was great as he explained what was being done and the condition of our vehicle. We were able to take advantage of discounts offered by Universal Toyota that saved us money. We were even able to look at some new vehicles while we were waiting. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Jesse offered to schedule our next service and explained the paperwork and went over the multipoint inspection results. This dealership is 5 star all the way. "I scheduled my 4Runner for a service expecting to have an oil and filter change, tire rotation and multi-inspection, but the oil and filter were not changed, yet it took them over two hours to just look at the vehicle and rotate the tires? The advisor did not explained this to me when we went to the cashier, so I went back to his office and asked to which he explained that it wasn't required at this time and that it is done at 10K miles. I pre-paid for three services, which included the oil and filter change, or at least that's how it was explained to me and the reason for me to purchase it. "
