"This trader offers unlock codes for mobile phones.
If he/she does not have this, he/she refuses to refund your money.
There is an 8-screen terms and conditions in which they state that the buyer is responsible for reading these terms and conditions.
Unless you carefully read it you accept and see your order, which is on 6 screens. Within it, in my case it says:
As you know from reading our terms page as requested when using our order form, this information is supplied as your handset model isn't on our in-house compatibility list which which forms part of our our Terms page. www.UnlockSolution.co.uk/terms.asp
When you ask for a refund, you get this reply:
Thanks for your recent email. I'm really sorry the LG KG270 mobile
phone model you specified is not listed on the compatibility list as one
we can unlock from our own in-house systems.
Please have another look at our terms page which you ticked as read
(link on order page) before placing your order which explains our 2
services with the compatibility list and your options to use up your
credit with us if required.
Best regards

So you pay and receive no unlock code.
After this, 11 Dec, I wrote back and created a dispute on Paypal:
The seller's conduct is misleading in the context of internet practice.. The mention is someplace within a 6-screen order detail.
Fortunately, the seller made a full refund."
