"I have been a customer of Upaknship for 10+ years now and wow is all I can say! All of the other shipping supply companies charge an insane amount for poly mailers which is not reasonable. I was spending too much of my business funds for packaging until I found Upaknship. The quality of their products, customer service, as well as quick turnaround time has made me never want to stray! I love Upaknship, I always get so excited for their new design launches. Their new marketing team is also so fun! I can't say enough good things. "

"I bought labels 2/page. Resutlts Constant printer jams, & lots of waste. You will save no money on these. Buy higher quality at higher price and it will save you $$ in the long run. Item 8526839856201400. Save yourself, these are not for a home printer. Customer service quickly provided return label, but I wasted a high percentage so $$ was not really the answer. I need labels everyday. No offer to send something to me quickly to replace. I have to go local to get some emergency labels. This overall purchase makes me sad. I will not be a repeat customer. "

"I placed an order from upaknship for 'Coral' colored Poly Mailers. I received an invoice with 'Coral' Highlighted and below, handwritten was "Send Orchid". I contacted them to try to resolve the issue. I spoke with Bruce the owner who then said "We don't sell Coral." After I explained to Him that I can go onto their website right now and buy more 'Coral' He raised His voice again, "WE DO NOT SELL CORAL!". I then asked to be able to return the items, and have them pay return shipping for their mistake. Bruce then, raised His voice again saying, "We will not pay return shipping!" because I used a coupon on a sale item. I told Him that He shouldn't raise His voice to customers, He then said in a very raised and frustrated voice, "I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU!! WE'RE NOT PAYING FOR RETURN SHIPPING!". THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! (They would not return My item so now I am stuck with the wrong color poly mailers, and I am not out the money, and time for this.)"
