"Incredibly good prices and very fast physical shipping methods.....once the item actually left the business.
The ONLY gripe I have is that once I ordered the Power Supply I chose, the item took 2-3 days to process, which streched into 5 days, and then shipped out.
Kudo's to them tho : I ordered a Dual Fan 480W ATX 12V PS. The system showed it in stock. The one I recieved ATX 12v Dual Fan PS - 550W. Don't know if that was a clerical error or replaced an item that was supposed to be in stock with a better one. Either way, made me incredibly happy.
Communication wasn't too bad - basically my complain is FedEx. I don't like them that much mostly becuase they're online tracking methods are not updated very often."

"There were 1 good thing and 1 bad thing about my experience with Upgrade Center, Inc.
The 1 good thing was that they were very informative about their process orders and confirmations, but then again, all online stores are fairly good about that.
But the bad part was that it takes 2-3 days to ship a product once the order was received. I placed my order before the business of Feb. 3rd 2003, but the product was shipped approximately 3 days after that. I will NEVER order anything from the Upgrade Center, Inc. simply because there is no such thing as taking 3 days for 1 piece of product to be shipped out. I personally thought it was a joke when I was ordering the product, but I guess if they had their BUSINESS in gear, then it wouldn't take that long to shipout in the first place."
