"I ordered a Samsung 173p 17inch LCD monitor a bit before noon on Wednesday, May 19. I noted that their New Jersey warehouse had stock (I live in New York City.) I got various emails. At 1:56PM welcoming me to the UpgradeSource Family. At 1:59 a copy of the invoice. At 3:27 a order update indicating processing. At 10:01pm an order update informing me that the order had shipped and providing a tracking number.
I was not able to use the tracking number as the order was delivered before I got to it, before noon on Thursday!
They claim a no bad pixel guarantee. I haven't found any bad pixels -- but then again I'm not looking !"

"I ordered a Lexmark MFP from them. Their website suggests that most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of order receipt, but my order will ship either 3-4 days after order receipt. Not a huge deal, but certainly beyond what I would consider the outer boundary of acceptable performance.
During a live chat session, I was told that there were "credit issues" on their end, not mine, that held up the transaction. I'm not exactly sure what that means, and I would be curious to hear if others run into this explanation in the future. As of the moment, however, barring a better explanation of what "credit issues" means, I'll probably be forced to shop elsewhere. Too bad, because the price was fantastic, and I got the sense that they were really trying to do a good job."

The offered me to send a replacement shipment untill things are sorted out. Didn't have to wait long on their response either! Meanwhile the fedex folks had found my package an delivered....

"I ordered a Samsung 172MP from this merchant on the 30th of December 2003. I was told by January 2nd, 2004 my shipmement will be out the door and will also receive a tracking #. I call on January 2nd to find out what happened and they asked that shipping address be listed with my AMEX. I arranged that. They told me it will go out on January 5th, 2004. I call on January 5th, 2004 to make an inquiry as to the delay: "Oh it will come from our warehouse in Indiana and you'll get a tracking # on the 6th of January 2004." So FAR NOTHING! I regret I did not read the comments about this company, since they seem to run a shady operation! AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!"
"I ordered an Antec SX635 II case. The price was reasonable, but the free shipping made it very good. I received my order approx. 3 days after ordering in perfect condition.
My only recommendation would be for some of the other items to be more reasonably priced and with a bigger selection."

"I ordered a motherboard (amounting to $126) from them on Sept. 12. I noticed that they were out of stock in my state but figured they would just ship from another warehouse. Three days later I recieved an email informing me the item was out of stock and thus I cancelled the order. Everything's ok now right? Wrong! They immediately (the day of the order) charged my credit card even though the item was out of stock. Yes, before even informing me that the item was not in stock! I emailed them about the charge and asked them if/when this would be addressed and was promptly informed that it takes two weeks (if not longer...yes I was seriously told this) to process refund/returns. PROCESS WHAT!!?? How long does it take to get my money back in my hands? They are VERY quick to take your money and extremely slow to return it. Sorry but this is NOT good business! As of today, September 25th, I have yet to see any of my money returned to me. Avoid this company like the plague! Any business that takes your money before anything else transpires is a dishonest one.

"Updated info: Item was shipped on a Wednesday and today is Friday and I've got it. I did another Live Chat on Thursday and was given the tracking # and told it shipped the previous day. I later rec'd an automated e-mail with the shipping info.
Only suggestion is they get their warehouse/shipping system tied together better (like NewEgg or similar). Maybe in time... My case showed in fine condition and it was far less expensive than anywhere else that I could find ! In the end, I'm happy.
Old info: Placed an order for a computer case on a Monday evening and rec'd a confirmation e-mail within minutes. Since then, NOTHING. At least my credit card hasn't been charged yet...
The item showed 200 or so in stock in the closest warehouse and that number is continually declining.
I e-mailed them Tuesday and still no reply. I did a Live Chat Tuesday and changed the shipping address from my work to home just in case it would be denied because of different addresses.
I admit, I don't NEED the item right away, but I'm impatient. I'd at least like to see some progress on my order.... "
"They had the best price on a Maxtor 5000DV drive. I used a new credit card for the purchase but forgot to authorize my business address as a valid shipping address. They held off on shipping the product due to the invalid address, which I was thankfull for. "Due to my mistake. I had to send back as a exchange for another motherboard. I requested a RMA after I noticed my error. The RMA was given to me the next day.
My original order came in after about a week. I send it back to another location with the RMA on the address label.
Today I received the motherboard I wanted. They charged me for the shipping and the difference in the price of the motherboards.
Their pricing is just fine and they have reasonable shipping fees. I believe it was just about $7.
Looking at their history of comments I see that early on they had some problems. But right now I would highly recommend them. I wasn't sure about the invoice number so I used a load number off of the packing slip. "
