Bought 4 rims and tires for my BMW in September. Within 6 months, I had racked up 3 cracked rims that should have been covered under warranty. One employee, after the first flat, told me they had stopped selling those rims and that I should box it up, send it back to them and they would refund my money. I didn't have a chance to do that yet when the next two rims cracked. I don't live in an area with bad roads and potholes that could have caused this. I'm not inexperienced with cars, by the way. I own 10 cars and do all of the work on them myself. I used to own a European performance car shop so I know what I'm doing.

Called the company and got the "owner" on the phone. He didn't let me talk or get a word in. He was belligerent. He kept telling me it was my fault and that he would not honor any warranty, even though their warranty is clearly defined on their site. I have never had such rude customer service. I will never buy from or recommend them to anybody. This company is the worst of the worst I've ever dealt with. I will not shut up about this negative experience and will tell everybody I know in all the automotive circles. They should stick to selling $49 wheels like their website states. Buyer beware. Tell a friend!"
