"Dealing with this company was a nightmare - almost two weeks and I still don't have a part that is listed as 'In Stock'. Multiple calls [up to 1 hour on hold, their pointless 'live chat' and endless tracking [wrong Fed Ex #'s sent, etc.] and nobody can find the shipment, the part or give any answers. They are unbelievable - DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!"
"I ordered a Lexus cabin filter from their web site which indicated that the filter would fit my car make/model, etc. The filter did not fit, did not even come close. Even tho this was their error, I had to pay return shipping, plus a restocking fee!! Their customer service is shameful--they do not respond to emails. Will never order from this shaby outfit again. Buyer beware!!"
"A link to their site came up during a google search for a part. I followed the link and found a number of listings at their site for it but none were hyperlinked.
Chatted online with 'Brett' who, after "checking", told me the part was "not available".
Why they list the part a dozen times at various locations and it's "not available" is beyond me.
I won't waste any more of my time with Used Auto Parts Live in the future and suggest you don't either.
UPDATE 05/15/17: Apparently this company is out of business because the URL now jumps to another parts site."
