"I sold my phone in flawless condition, only for you to come back and say it had a “bad earpiece speaker”, so you lowered the price from $144 to $86.40. I highly doubt and know for a fact that the part does not and will not cost $57.60 to repair. In looking at websites for this part, at best this part would cost $15.00? To whoever bought this phone, you will obviously fix it and then turn around and most likely sell it for double, which is absurd.
This was my first time selling to your company and will be my last as I am highly disappointed; I knew I should have sold my phone to Gazelle, your competitor. I will NOT be recommending you to any of my friends that wants to sell their cell phones.
