"Make a long story short. I mailed out my product to Illinois and arrived according to my USPS tracking 3 days later. It took till 3/2 to have the update the status as received this is only after contacting CS about when my device arrived. after several days and no response or update on looking at my device. I emailed again. I got a quick answer and they are giving me what they quoted. I was very happy to hear. That was 3/6. I never received my payment to my paypal account as I was suppose to. I never saw an email or money in my account from USell. I contacted Paypal and asked if my account was ok and they advised that i am in good standing and able to receive money. They also advised me no payment was rejected on their end with my email address account info. I emailed Imani again and he reassured me that Usell will reissue the payment. They did as I got an email from Usell but nothing from paypal. I contacted paypal again and they advised that no payment was issued to my email address. for the past 24 hours I have emailed twice with no response in what is going on with my payment. PLEASE ADIVSE USELL IF YOU SEE THIS.....I HAVE ALL THE PAPER TRAIL as of right now if payment is not resolved in 24 hours as of 3/11/15. I will be reporting you to the attorney general here in Massachusetts and in New York as that is your state of headquarters according to company records.
Only good thing is the price I got for my phone which I was very satisfied and at first was grateful for quick response but now no response from USell. They need a 1-800 number for customer service issues like these. not email."

I looked into your order and our records show that the phone you sent to Technollo was blacklisted by Verizon because it had been reported lost or stolen. In these cases, the buyer either returns the device to the original owner or they must recycle it.
