Sent a 2 year old Blackberry in perfect condition as a trade in. The phone went actually to Technollo. They claimed the keyboard was broken and offered only a few $. Of course I asked to have it returned. Phone came back in really bad condition. Sim card and holster ( sent phone in holster for extra protection ) were also missing. Not even sure if this is the phone I sent."
