I was offered 1 business day shipping for $7.98 extra (to be delivered on Thursday 5/18). The standard 2 day free shipping would have been delivered on Friday 5/19. I needed the next day shipping. On Thursday I checked the status of the shipment and this is what I saw " we'll notify you by email when we have an estimated delivery date for this item". But, they still show they have 4 in stock. I contacted Amazon and the customer service rep Pamela worked with me for 20 minutes and found an alternate supplier for my parts. Not only was the next day shipping less money so were the actual parts.

"I recently ordered self adhesive rubber furniture leg caps. They arrived in an amazon.com mailer. The package included an amazon gift receipt, invoice and 6 very tiny rubber pads. I made the order -- it was not a gift. I tried to return it to amazon, but they had no record of the order or shipment. Item arrived damaged. Apparently it was shipped from China and it was put in a plastic envelope. You would think if it was being shipped, especially from a location across the world, it would be properly packaged surrounded by bubble wrap, etc. There was a huge dent towards the front of the device making it impossible to push the pump in, unusable. I contacted Amazon in regards to this issue who opened a case with that company, Uxcell. When Uxcell contacted me they first asked for a description of the problem which should not have been needed since Amazon already explained the issue to them. Their next email asked if I wanted a refund which I never asked for, I wanted a replacement shipped out next day. Their next email said they would ship it again but would take 2-3 weeks because it was being shipped from Hong Kong and sent via airmail. I contacted Amazon customer service who took care of everything for me, they're absolutely outstanding and are shipping me a new device next day, thank you so much Amazon. In regards to Uxcell, you guys are awful, horrible, terrible, every negative word I can possibly think of and apparently many customers have this issue with you as well. Not even sure how you guys are still in business after all the negative ratings. DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!"

"I have bought a number of womens clothing items from Uxcell and have always been very happy with the purchase!!
Items are posted from Hong Kong, but never take more than 5-7 business days to arrive (to Australia) which is about the fastest postage I have experienced for something purchased in Asia. Postage is FREE also. My first purchase was through their eBay store. However every purchase made receives a $5 off voucher - which can only be used on their actual Uxcell website - so I have bought directly from there since.
Buyers should note that sizing is quite small (Asian sizes) however this suits ME as I am a western size 6-8. Being an Asian based store, obviously some of the clothing is not to western tastes - however keep looking through the site and some really trendy/fashionable items can be found (a lot of which I have received compliments on and been asked where I bought it!).
I believe the quality is great (taking into consideration the bargain prices paid) and measurements have always been exactly as stated.
I find that a lot of these review websites seem to be filled with BAD experiences from customers - which is obviously natural, as people always want to let others know of a poor experience. But most people never think to let others know of a GOOD experience! (as in my case!)
So in conclusion - highly recommended for smaller sized women! I'll be making many more purchases from Uxcell - especially as I receive the $5 off card every time I do!"

No! I will NOT change my feedback in that case!, since I explained to you that I expect a full-refund and only just 1 piece (not 2 pieces) of the item to be re-sent as a courtesy and kind gesture to compensate me for all my disappointment and time-wasted, before feedback my feedback revision would be made in exchange!!!
A negative feedback is still deserved otherwise since in all honesty, it was a negative experience with very slow customer service and a faulty item which was your fault for not inspecting it before posting!:(...
I would think that to be a nice seller, you would at least agree to compensate my suffering with just one (-1 piece) of this item at a kind gesture and common courtesy as well as sending me a full-refund asap, since it was your fault for sending a defective item, and I would think a smart business would like to show empathy and courtesy in order to keep a good reputation and hopefully keep a potentially good customer as well as that customers high recommendations to others in the future!...
I will now do the opposite and warn others not to buy from you as well to share my negative experience with others on internet forums and scam reporting websites since I read about uxcell on scam report websites and you are showing me that the scam reports about uxcell are really true! since you do send damaged/defective products, you are hard to communicate with and worst of all, you do not even offer kind compensation for your failings, without trying to blackmail buyers by forcing them to revise their feedback before you are willing to help them!:(
I will be copying this email to post on the scam reporting websites to warn others about dealing with you! and paypal is still waiting for your response and if you do not respond, they will refund me automatically and if you do not respond in time to meet their deadline, so I will get a refund anyway if you do not respond, and hence I will get my refund without your agreement, while still leaving my negative feedback to warn others about you!:(
